摘    要:采用不同粒级的废弃烧结砖为骨料,谷壳灰为掺合料,研制适用于植被生长的新型渗蓄生态材料。探索骨料粒级、水泥用量及谷壳灰掺量等因素对材料吸水率、抗压强度、渗透系数、表观密度及植被生长的影响规律;并确定渗蓄材料的最优骨料粒级和合理配合比,以制备强度较高、渗蓄性好、植物种植良好的渗蓄生态材料。研究表明:最优骨料粒级为2.36~4.75mm;未掺谷壳灰时,合理水泥用量为283 kg/m~3,材料吸水率为24%,强度大于4.5 MPa,渗透系数为5.4 cm/s,表观密度为1 210 kg/m~3;掺谷壳灰时,较优的水泥与谷壳灰总质量为346 kg/m~3,谷壳灰掺量为10%,吸水率大于27%,强度大于4.5MPa,渗透系数为4.4 cm/s,表观密度为1 250 kg/m~3,且植被生长情况最优。以谷壳灰为掺合料不仅可提高材料的渗蓄性能,还可为植物生长提供养分,促进植被生长。

Abstract:A new permeable and water storage ecological material was prepared by waste sintered brick with different size and rice husk ash. The effects of size of the aggregate, the content of cement and rice husk ash mixed on water absorption, compressive strength, permeability coefficient, apparent density and the vegetation growth were discussed. The reasonable aggregate size and mix ratio of the materials were determined to prepare the ecological materials with high strength, good permeability and vegetation. The results show that the best aggregate size is 2.36mm~4.75mm; The water storage, strength, permeability coefficient and apparent density of the material are 24%, above 4.5 MPa, 5.4cm/s and 1210kg/m3 respectively when no rice husk ash is incorporated and the reasonable content of cement is 283kg/m3; The water storage, strength, permeability coefficient and apparent density of the material are above 27%, above 4.5 MPa, 4.4cm/s and 1250kg/m3 respectively when the optimal total quality of cement and rice husk ash is 346kg/m3 and the content of rice husk ash is 10%,and the vegetation growth is optimal. The use of Rice husk ash as a blending material not only improves the percolation performance of the material, but also provides nutrients for plant growth and promotes vegetation growth.
