水性羟基丙烯酸树脂乳液制备及作为真石漆粘合剂的应用

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酸羟基丙酯(HPA)作为功能单体,通过半连续溶液及转相乳液聚合,制得具有核壳结构的水性羟基丙烯酸树脂。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、激光粒径散射仪(DLS)及透射电镜(TEM)研究羟基丙烯酸树脂共聚物结构、热稳定性、乳胶粒的大小及形貌,探讨了MAA及HPA用量对水性羟基丙烯酸树脂性能及清漆膜硬度、耐水、剥离强度等的影响。结果表明:调整MAA的质量分数为6%,HPA的质量分数为10%,制备的共聚物乳液粒为119. 8 nm,黏度为221. 7 m Pa·s,成膜耐水时间为40 h、硬度为53. 4°,附着力1级,配制的真石漆黏结强度0. 97 MPa、耐温变36次,均优于真石漆黏合剂行业标准。

Abstract:The aqueous hydroxy acrylic resin with a core-shell structure was obtained from methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), methacrylic acid (MAA) and hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) by semi-continuous solution and phase inversion emulsion polymerization. The structure and thermal stability of the acrylate copolymer was characterized by fourierStransform infraredSspectroscopyS(FT-IR) and thermalSgravimetricSanalysisS(TGA), respectively.SMoreover, the emulsifying performances and varnish film properties of aqueous hydroxy acrylic resin were discussed and the synthetic conditions were also optimized. The results showed that the hydroxy acrylic resin emulsion presents excellent stability and outstanding varnish film properties when the mass ratio of soft and hard monomer was 3:4, the mass fraction of hydroxypropyl acrylate was 10%, the degree of neutralization was 80%, and the ratio of core to shell was adjusted to 4:5. The copolymer emulsion particle could reach 0.12mm, the filming water resistance time could approach 50h, the hardness was 0.85, and the adhesion level was 1, the bonding strength of the prepared real stone paint was 0.97MPa, and the temperature resistance was 36 times, which were better than the commercially available hydroxy acrylic resin real stone paint adhesive.
