摘    要:针对基于近似公式方法设计介质加载型消失模波导滤波器精度不高的问题,提出了一种快速精确的计算机辅助设计方法。该方法通过建立消失模波导滤波器的等效电路模型,结合电路仿真和全波仿真的协同仿真技术,采用迭代仿真策略逐级确定滤波器物理结构尺寸,避免了耗时地全波仿真优化。最后,设计了一款6阶切比雪夫响应的介质加载型消失模波导滤波器。全波仿真结果显示滤波器频率响应特性满足设计指标,验证了设计方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the low precision problem based on empirical formulas, this paper presents a fast and accurate method for computer aided design of the evanescent mode waveguide filter. By establishing an equivalent circuit model of the filter, combining the circuit and the full wave simulation technology, the filter structure sizes can be easily determined through an iterative simulation procedure. This technique avoids time-consuming full wave simulation optimization process. Finally, a sixth order evanescent waveguide filter with dielectric loading is designed. The full wave simulation result shows that the filter frequency response meets the design specifications and verifies the validity of the method.
