| 摘 要： | 义利说 ,是先秦儒家“第一义” ,其义利思想包含三个方面的内容 :义、利何者为第一性 ;义利之辨证关系 ;如何运用义利观治国理财。先秦儒家义利思想的形成是以人性论为哲学基础的。在现代经济社会中 ,先秦儒家义利思想仍然具有积极的现实意义。
