| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校学生管理中还存在一些问题,是一般有序,构建高校学生自组织系统可以使高校学生管理向和谐有序发展。通过构建学习型高校形成耗散结构,营造自由、个性化发展形成非线性;构建扁平化形成适应性结构,增强大学生的主体性引入竞争,增强大学生的义务感促进序参量产生及伺服过程,开展人权教育促进系统协同发展,从而实现"以人为本"价值目标的和谐有序。
