铸钢件空心微珠保温冒口的技术-经济效益

摘    要:空心微珠保温冒口是一项先进的铸造工艺。本文用具体数据资料论述采用空心微珠保温冒口给铸钢生产带来的技术-经济效益。作者认为,采用空心微珠保温冒口,有利于缓解当前原材料和能源紧缺的矛盾,有利于降低铸件成本、增强生产竞争能力,有利于提高铸造工艺水平、促进铸造生产发展,因此值得大力推广应用。

Abstract:The hollow fine particle insulating riser is an advanced founding technique. This paper by the real data shows that greater technical and economic benefit can be achieved with this technique in production of steel castings. Authors consider that the use of this technique will assuage the current state of extreme shortage in raw materials and energy, reduce the cost of castings, strengthen the competitive ability of production, as well as improve the level of founding technique and development of founding production. Therefore, its widespread application is highly recommended.
