| 摘 要： | 苏皖两省铁路沿线自然灾害以水成因为主，并具有发生频率高、持续时间长、季节分布集中、群发性和地域性的特点。据此，可以划分出长江以北淮河中下游灾害多发区、长江以南灾害常发区和皖西北灾害少发区等三大灾害区域。 |

| Abstract: | The natural railway disasters in Jiangsu and Anhui, caused mainly by water, have such characteristics as high frequency, long duration,seasonal concentration, occurence in groups and distribution in particlar regions. Thus, the two provinces can be divided into three distinctive disaster areas, i. e.,(1) the severely afflicted area lying in the middle and lower reaches of Huai River, on the north of Changjiang River, (2) the frequently afflicted area lying on the south of ChangJiang River and (3) the slightly afflicted area lying in the northwest part of Anhui Province. |
