| 摘 要： | 随着网络经济的发展,电子商务和网络金融成为世界经济新的增长点.文章结合网络金融在我国的发展现状,探讨网络金融对我国中央银行的货币政策和金融监管两大职能的影响,根据金融业发展提出的新要求,采用中西方比较和定量分析的方法,从监管方式和监管主体方面提出我国中央银行职能改革的措施.

| Abstract: | With the development of the Internet economy, E business and Internet finance have become the new increasing power of the world economy. In this paper,the influence of the Internet finance on the two main functions of China Central Bank, the monetary policy making and financial governance, is discussed. A quantitative analysis is made and the new conditions of the financial trade development are discussed. Reform measures are put forward from the manner and subject of governance. |
