摘    要:蔬菜是极易富集亚硝酸盐的作物,控制蔬菜中亚硝酸盐的富集是减少其对人体造成危害的基本保障.通过检测其中亚硝酸盐含量的测定,显示人们对食品质量认识的不断提高和对食品质量的不断重视,给广大消费者以安全优异品质的蔬菜.

Abstract:Vegetable is kind of crop that can gather Nitrite very easily. And controlling the gathering of Nitrite is the basic safeguard that can decrease the hazardous to people. Through determining the content of Nitrite in vegetables, shows that people recognize the quality of the food and keep the quality of food on the constant attention, can supply safe high quality vegetables to vast consumers.
