| Abstract: | With the rapid development of medium - sized and small technological enterprises since the beginning of the 21st century, they have been one of the most important propellant powers to the industrialization of the advanced and new technologies which are vital to the sustainable development of the above kind of enterprises. This paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics of technological innovation activities deeply and summarizing the laws of technological innovation in medium - sized and small technological enterprises. |
