| 摘 要： | 北京山区具有面积广阔，地貌类型多样，土地资源和旅游资源丰富等特点，是北京的生态环境保护屏障，水源涵养地，旅游度假胜地，绿色食品产地和矿产建材基地。针对山区存在的植被破坏，水土流失，水源缺乏，旱灾严重，环境污染等问题，提出了山区生态环境建设的总体战略与区域布局，以及加快山区生态经济发展的具体措施；发展生态农业和特色农业；大力发展林果业，开发和建设生态经济沟；发展生态旅游和观光农业旅游；发展绿色农副产品加工业和适度采矿业，加强矿区生态环境重建。

| Abstract: | Beijing mountainous area is amplitude and the physiognomy type is multiple,which land and tour resources are abundance.It is the barrier of ecologically environmental protection of Beijing,self\|restraint terra of water resource,famous scenic spots of tour,production area of green food,and the base of minerals and construction materials.There are some problems in the area:the vegetation destroyed,water resource lack,drought and environment pollution and so on.At last,it puts forward some countermeasures to quicken the ecologically economic development of Beijing mountainous area. |
