双通道离子色谱法测定壁画地仗中的阴阳离子

摘    要:用自动进样双通道离子色谱,同步检测壁画地仗中的阴离子(F-,Cl-,NO-3,Br-等)和阳离子(Na+,Mg2+,K+,Ca2+等).结果表明,阴离子的检测限为0.010.03μg/L,阳离子的检测限为0.030.03μg/L,阳离子的检测限为0.030.17μg/L,加标回收率为97%0.17μg/L,加标回收率为97%104%,RSD(n=7)<2.4%.使用自动进样系统与双通道同步进行,大大缩短了分析时间,方法快速、简便、可靠.

Abstract:A method for the determination of anions and cations in the mural painting plaster was developed by combination of dual channel ion chromatography(IC) with an auto-sampler. Detection limits for anions ranged from 0.01 to 0.03 mg/L and for cations ranged from 0.03 to 0.17 mg/L. The recoveries of added standards were 97 %~104% and the RSD of the peak area of analytes were lower than 2.4%. The analy- sis time was greatly reduced due to the parallel undergoing processes of auto-sampling and dual channel IC.
