激光显微光谱分析中自吸效应的研究

摘    要:激光显微光谱谱线强度与所研究原子浓度间没有确定的简单关系,其主要因素是激光显微光谱有自吸现象。本文提出通过理论模型进行自吸修正,使实验观测谱线轮廓转为无自吸校正曲线。该方法对改善LMESA的分析灵敏度,精确度很有用。

Abstract:The relation between the intensity of spectral lines and the atomic density is indefinite in laser microspectral analysis,. the mian factor are referred to self-absorption of spectral lines. In the paper described the method of correcting self-absorption of spectral lines by using a theortical model. Using this method. The spectral line proflies observed in the experiment are converted to the spectral line with no self-absorption. This method is useful for improving the analysis precision and sensitivity of laser mierospectral analysis.
