| 摘 要： | 分析了多层住宅建筑采暖系统热负荷的特点，探讨了居住在不同位置的热用户在采暖系统关闭后，室内平衡温度的变化规律及户间传热量的大小，指出试图靠设置采暖系统锁闭阀来解决收费问题是不合适的.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of heating system heat load in multilayer residential buildings, and discusses the change regulation of balance temperature in door and the size of heat transfer among doors about heat consumers in different positions when the heating system is closed, and points out that it is unreasonable to solve charge problem by setting heating system lock valves. |
