| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种全新的电子显微镜下超薄切片样品制备方法 .制样过程 (固定——浸透 )全部在微型振荡器上完成 ,制样时间仅用 4～ 6h即可 ,比常规制样时间 (1 2～ 1 5 h) ,缩短近一半 .同时 ,试剂用量只需 0 .5 ml即可 ,比常规用量 (5 ml) ,减少近十倍

| Abstract: | A new method of the preparing ultra thin section specimen using mini vibrator is described in this paper.It saves half the time,and quantity of the reagent decreases by ten times than before.Operating time of new method is 4~6 hour,and that of routine method is 12~15 hour.The quantity of reagents used by new method is 0.5 ml,by routine method is 5 ml.The ultra structure of cell is well preserved. |
