| Abstract: | The paper reports the measured action data of the glucoamylase, and the measuring method Researches show that the action of the enzyme is influenced by the temperature mainly, the acidity in the solution and the concentration of substrate.The optimal reaction condition of the enzyme is found by means of the curve fitting by a computer, and vertical design method. |
