摘    要:针对工学本科学生创新能力未能得到充分发挥的问题提出了一种新的学生创新能力培养的方法。该方法主要是在改革传统课程教学形式的基础上,通过使用现代化教学手段、分组教学、项目教学、开放实验、课外科技活动及产学研结合的形式,培养学生的创新能力;与传统教学方式相比较,不仅可以使学生较好地掌握所学的理论知识,还使学生的动手能力和创新意识得到充分的发挥。近三年的教学成果表明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A new innovation ability enhancing method is proposed for most students with little creative ability. These methods, combined with the group teaching, project teaching, open experiments, sci-entific contests and practice in company, based on traditional teaching improvement to develop student creative ability. Compared with traditional teaching, our method is exactitude and effective that the students have a ability in practicing and innovating to better mastering the theories, the recent three years experiments show its validity.
