| 摘 要： | 高校计算中心机房的管理因牵涉面广、事务杂、工作量大、系统性不强而难以找到一种有效的管理模式。从提高机房管理水平,包括提高机房管理人员工作效率和工作积极性、节约人力和物力等方面探讨分析了以机房专职管理员为核心的四种机房管理模式和运行机制,阐述了各模式的特点及所应解决好的问题,以此为学校管理层对计算机中心机房组织实施科学管理提供参考。
