| 摘 要： | 阐述了实验教学在培养创新型人才中的重要作用,指出了我国高校实验教学的现状和存在的一些问题。结合化学实验教学的实际,提出实验教学队伍的一些思路和做法,并在化学实验教学中心实施,取得了良好的效果,大大提高了实验教学质量。

| Abstract: | We mainly describ the important role of experimental teaching in training creative talents, indicate some problems and current situation in the experimental teaching. Combining with chemical experiment of university, we provide some thought and practice with respect to experiment teaching staff. The implementation in chemical experimental teaching center has achieved good results and greatly improved the experimental teaching quality. |
