民办高校开放性实验室建设与高素质人才培养

随着高等教育办学模式多元化,民办高校和独立学院已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,民办高校学生的素质培养也引起社会的广泛关注。针对以工科为主的民办高校郑州科技学院为例,分析了目前民办高校实验室建设和实验教学中存在的不足与现状,探讨了开放性实验室建设和加强实验教学在应用性高素质人才培养中的重要作用,介绍了基于开放性实验室建设培养高素质人才的创新思路和具体措施。

Open laboratory construction and training high quality talents in private university

With the development of higher education diversification in the school system, private uni-versities and independent colleges in China have become an important part of higher education, private college students quality education has also caused great attention of the society. Taking Zhengzhou In- stitute of science and technology as an example, we analysis of the current laboratory construction in private universities and the deficiencies existing in the experimental teaching and the present situation, study the the important role of opening laboratory construction and strengthening the experimental teaching in the application of high quality personnel training. We also introduce innovative ideas and specific measures which based on the open laboratory construction and training high-quality talents.
