| 摘 要： | 根据二极管伏安特性测量数据,利用Origin软件进行曲线高度拟合,再利用数学知识求取曲率最大值处的电压值,并与实际的截止电压进行比较,得出曲率法测二极管截止电压的可行性。

| Abstract: | According to the characters of diode current-voltage measure data, and height curve fitting by the Origin software, using mathematical knowledge for maximum voltage value in curvature, and compared with the actual voltage, we conclude that the curvature method is feasible. |
