| 摘 要： | 有效的技术创新策略,是农业资源型企业运营成功的重要支撑。运用扎根理论研究方法,深入分析精选个案的技术创新和企业成长问题,识别出一种"技术突破式高成长"的企业发展模式以及相应的研究结论,对农业资源型企业实施有效的技术创新管理、实现企业高成长具有一定借鉴意义。
