液压冲击器新型配油阀研究

摘    要:分析了目前液压冲击器配油阀的工作原理及能量损失,设计了一种新型液压冲击器配油阀,经理论计算分析证明,新型配油阀泄漏少,压力损失小,能耗低,采用新型配油阀的液压冲击器效率高.

Abstract:This paper analysed the operation principle and energy loss of the present flow valve of hydraulic impactor, designed a new flow valve of hydraulic impactor. Theoretical calculation and analysis prove that the new kind of flow valve has features of little leakage, little pressure loss and low energy cost. The hydraulic impactor with the new flow valve has high efficiency.
