摘 要: | 分析了级进模刃口设计的特点,提出了采用交互式刃口设计的算法,给出了该算法的设计步骤和方法,并编制了相应的应用程序软件,实践证明本算法能对一般采用级进模设计的冲裁件进行工序排样设计.

Interactive plan design based on interactive model blanking cutting- edge |

Abstract: | The characteristics of blanking cutting-edge design on progressive dies are analysed. An algorithm is presented based on interactive plan. The steps and methods of design are also provided. According to the algorithm model , a program system is developed. The algorithm can be used to the design of the strip layout of progressive dies especially to those whose contour is cut progressively. |
