| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱法(GC)对农药克螨特原药含量进行分析.样品经有机溶剂溶解后,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标进行测定,所提供的方法线性范围(1.6-25.6)g/l,平均回收率为98.36%,RSD为0.95%.

| Abstract: | A method for determination of omite by gas chromatography. The samples were dissolved by organic solvent, dioctyl phthalate was used as the internal standard. The calibrationcurv are linear over a range from 1.6g/1 to 25.6g/1 with a correlation cofficient of 0.9987the average recovery of method was 98.36% and the RSD was 0.95%. |
