US-固体燃煤添加剂对煤的燃烧特性影响及其机理

摘    要:应用感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP- AES) 分析测试技术, 对US- 固体燃煤添加剂的触媒与载体的化学组成、矿物成分和相态分布特征、及其助燃消烟和固硫催化性能进行研究.结果表明: US- 固体燃煤添加剂同时具有氧化助燃、催化燃烧和固硫催化3 种功能, 可以明显改善煤的燃烧特性, 节能降耗和消烟除尘效果显著, 并可以明显降低燃煤烟气中的SO2 的排放浓度

Abstract:The composition and phase of the US-solid additive and its impact on theperformance of coal combustion are investigated by using ICP-AES and other modern advanced tests and techniques in this paper.The results show that the US-solid additive has three different functions,i.e.combustion-supporting,catalytic and sulfur-fixed agent,in coal-burning boilers.By using US-solid additive,the performance of coal-combustion in the boiler has been improved notably by means of increasing the quantities of volatile matter and decreasing the ignition point and the time for starting fire.The US-solid additive,therefore,is conducive to ensuring that the coal in the boiler is burned completely.Thus,the density of flue dust and sulfur dioxide emitted from the coal-burring boiler with US-solid additive can be controlled and decreased markedly.
