摘    要:探讨在Window CE环境下基于PDA/GPS/GPRS的移动GIS系统开发原理和方法,简述了其开发的基本理论,讨论了eMbeddedVC++开发环境下PDA的GIS实时测图系统开发的具体技术.结合电力系统的实际应用,介绍了POCKETPC是如何实现一个GIS实时测图系统的。

Abstract:Based on PDA/GPS/GPRS in Windows CE environment, the mobile GIS development theory and method were summarized and discussed. Meanwhile, a practical case in electric power system of Fujian Province was studied. It aims to integrate the functions of the PDA, GPS, GPRS and mobile GIS and create a new powerful and efficient tool in data collection and field survey. The results indicated that some key technology problems on how to develop a real time measuring system were solved. An advanced mobile GIS interface in electric power system application was developed, which will provide a favorable model for research and development of mobile GIS.
