摘    要:为了分析钉形搅拌桩复合地基的加固效果,通过现场试验介绍了钉形搅拌桩在某软土地基处理工程中的应用,并在一定简化的基础上,推导了考虑桩土相互作用和桩端下刺的钉形搅拌桩复合地基沉降计算方法--广义承台法.结果表明:在工程地质条件、处理面积、桩身质量、填土高度相近的情况下,钉形搅拌桩试验区的水泥用量少于等截面双向搅拌桩试验区,地表沉降小于等截面双向搅拌桩复合地基,说明钉形搅拌桩比等截面双向搅拌桩取得了更好的加固效果和经济效益.计算实例表明,广义承台法计算结果与实测值比较吻合.

Abstract:In order to investig ate the t reatment of T -shaped deep mixed column composite fo undat ion, a case study on T -shaped deep mix ed column composite foundat io n for sof t g round improv ement is presented. T hen based o n some simplificat ions, a set t lement calculation method named g eneralized column cap metho d was proposed for T -shaped deep mix ed column composite foundatio n, w ith interact ion betw een co lumns and sur rounding so il , and penet ration o f pile ends taken into considerat io n. Field tests result s indicate that w hen the engineering g eological condit ions, treated area, co lumn quality and embankment heig ht s are similar, the cement cost in T-shaped deep mix ed impr oved gro und is less than in conventional shaped slurr y double mix ed column impr oved g round, w hile the g round surface set t lement of the former is less than that of the lat ter, so the T -shaped deep mixed column can improv e the sof t g round mor e eff iciently and economically than the co nvent io nal shaped. T he set t lement s calculated w ith the proposed methods agree w ell w ith the observed data.
