科技传播与普及中的公共性问题初探

摘    要:从公共性视角对科技传播与普及过程中涉及的科普需求、科普事业、科普事业产品等公共性载体进行分析,尝试回答科技传播与普及为什么具有公共性,其公共性的具体表现有哪些,其公共性又具有哪些特征等问题。指出,科普事业及其产品在实质上是满足科普需求、实现公共利益的方式途径与物品中介,但并非是唯一路径。随着科普产业的兴起,上述方式途径与物品中介逐步呈现出多元化的趋势与特征。

Abstract:The demands of science popularization,the works and the products of non-profit science popularization is firstly analyzed from the perspective of publicity,and then tries to answer the following questions: Why does science popularization has the characteristic of publicity? What are the representing aspects of the publicity of science popularization? What are the features of the publicity of science popularization? It is pointed out that the works and products of non-profit science popularization are important but not the only approaches and mediums to meet the demands of science popularization.With the rising of popular science industry,the approaches and mediums mentioned above become more and more diversified.
