纳米陶瓷粉末分散的微观过程和机理

摘    要:本文综合评述了纳米陶瓷颗粒在制备过程中和粉料混合中的分散情况和分散工艺,讨论了纳米颗粒分散的微观过程和分散机理,列举了常用的纳米颗粒干燥工艺和高分子分散剂的应用。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the dispersion conditions and techniques of ceramics nano-powders in the preparing and mixing, and enumerated the drying techniques of ceramics nano-powders as well as the macromolecule dispersants in common use. Moreover, the dispersive microcosmic processes and mechanisms of ceramics nano-powders were discussed.
