| Abstract: | The key to the rule of law is to give administration according to law.The construction and development of the socialist market economy and democratic politics,and the realization of the socialist rule of law require that the legal system in the administrative procedure and the supervision system in the administrative process should be perfected in order to promote the law quality of the staff and regularize the administrative enforcement process. |
