Patent output is one of important indicators,which weighs up science and technology input of direct output.The paper makes use of linear regressive model,correlation of science and technology investment and patent application in Inner Mongolia quantity ofquantitative analysis.So it finds the interdependence and interaction of the output of patent technology investment,economic growth and output.That improves the science and technology input and utilization and it lays a foundation for patent application quantity in order to have inspired the role of economic growth in Inner Mongolia.
