Abstract:This paper expounds the configuration of Chinese retail market and the present situation of Chinese retail dealers,starting from the development of the trade state of retail business and the theory of management mode,and taking the Watsons as an example,analyzes on the importance of the customer satisfaction and the differentiating policy in promoting the retail trade.
