基于CAN总线的转辙机功率传感器的设计

摘    要:设计一种广泛应用于铁路行业的三相电动机功率在线监测系统.它采用多参数电能采集芯片ATT7022作为数据采集和模块处理,以C8051F410为CPU,采用CAN总线结构通信方式,通过采集铁路道岔转辙机启动及工作过程中的电流、电压及功率,实现对工业场合三相电动机故障的在线监测.对其线性度、响应时间、精度、稳定性等性能的测试表明,该装置具有精度高、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强、性价比高等优点.

Abstract:This paper describes the design and implementation of an on-line monitoring system widely used in the railway industry.The system can detect three-phase electrical power by collecting the current and the power of railway bifurcated switch throughout its startup and working period.This scheme adopts the multi-parameter energy collecting chip ATT7022 for data collection and processing,and uses the chip C8051F410 as its CPU.All modules can communicate by means of CAN bus.The linearity,response time,stability a...
