电弧等离子体及其高效电源

摘    要:介绍了等离子体技术的分类和应用情况,以及电孤等离子体能量传递的基本特征.根据电孤等离子体对电源的具体要求,提出一种新型大功率软开关逆变电源,并对其性能及能源效率进行了实验研究.结果表明,该电源具有优良的性能和较高的效率,能够很好地满足电孤等离子体的工艺需求.

Abstract:The classification and applied circumstance of plasma were introduced and the basic laws of energy transfer for acr plasam were discussed. According to the demand of arc plasma for power supply, a novel large inverter power supply with soft switching was presented and its characteristics and efficiency were studied. The results show that the inverter power supply has excellent characteristics and high efficiency, and meets the demand of arc plasma process well.
