摘    要:在分析缓进给磨削时烧伤机理的基础上,提出了高压射流冲击强化磨削弧区换热的创新构想,并通过传热学基础实验研究了射流冲击强化换热的传热特征,研制了能实现磨削弧区径向射流定向冲击强化换热的工艺装置,并通过缓进给断续磨削实验其换热效果,结果表明,射流冲击强化换热技术确是提高弧区换热效率的有效方法,且弧区径向射流速度越高,换热效果越好,在解决难加工材料磨削烧伤方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:A creative conception was proposed to enhance heattransfer of grinding contactzone through jet impinging on the basisof analysis on the mechanism of burn during creep feed grinding,and an experimen- tal study was made on the characteristics of augmentation of heattransferwith jetimpinging.A new appa- ratus of augmentation of heattransferwith the radial jetdirectional impinging on the contractzone was de- veloped and its effectof heattransfer was studied through the experimentof intermitted creep feed grind- ing.The experimental resultsshow thatthe technology of enhancing heattransferthrough jetimpinging is a valid method of raising efficiency of heattransferof grinding contactzone.And the more higher the radi- al jetvelocity,the betterthe effectof heattransfer.Itcan be widely applied to solve the problem of grind- ing burn of difficult- to- machining materials.
