摘    要:Cobb—Douglas函数用来测定技术进步与经济增长关系已有半个世纪的历史,但其局限性使之不能很好地反映客观。本文提出用模糊、灰色、关联系统——FGR来替代C—D函数的位置,并对FGR系统的理论基论、结构做了充分的说明。

Abstract:After discussing the relative merits of the famous Cobb-Douglas function model, a new method named Fuzzy, Grey, Relation method (FGR) is proposed in the paper. The FGR software based on the latest emerged sciences such as fuzzy maths and grey system will reflect the quantitative relation of measuring the effect of technological progress on economic growth in large, complicated, macroscopic economic system, hence greatly enhance the functions of Cobb-Douglas function. The architecture and the prospect of the FGR software system are briefly described.
