摘    要:为了精确计算电工设备铁心的磁滞损耗,分析了磁滞回线面积与频率、磁滞损耗之间的关系,确定了以频率为变量的计算参数。基于所得结论提出了一种新的磁滞损耗模型的改进方法,并分别对经验Steinmetz公式和经典Bertotti分离模型进行了改进。通过对不同激磁频率下软磁复合(soft magnetic composite,SMC)材料磁滞损耗的模拟,对改进方法的有效性和实用性进行了验证,为SMC材料在工程应用中的磁滞损耗计算提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to accurately calculate the hysteresis loss of the iron core of electrician equipment. The relationship among hysteresis loop area, frequency and hysteresis loss was analyzed. the calculation parameters with frequency as the variable are determined. Based on the conclusions, a new improved hysteresis loss model is proposed, and the empirical Steinmetz formula and the classical Bertotti separation model are improved respectively. The effectiveness and practicability of the improved method are verified by simulating the hysteresis loss of Soft Magnetic Composite (SMC) materials under different excitation frequencies, which provides a theoretical basis for the calculation of hysteresis loss of SMC materials in engineering applications.
