课内外一体化教学模式在高校公共体育教学中的应用

采用教学实验、问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对课内外一体化教学模式在改善大学生体质健康状况、提高专项技能水平及培养体育参与兴趣等方面的实效性进行了探讨.研究结果表明:课内外一体化体育教学模式具有较高的实效性,对大学生体质健康水平、专项技能水平以及体育参与兴趣等方面均具有较好的促进作用,是新时代高校体育课程目标有效达成的重要举措之一.

On Application of Integrated Teaching Mode inside and Outside the Class in Public physical Education Teaching in Colleges and Universities

using the methods of literature, teaching experiment, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and so on, research has been done to improve the physical health of college students with the integrated teaching mode inside and outside the class, and to improve the level of special skills and to cultivate interest in sports participation and other aspects of the effectiveness of the discussion.
