摘    要:为了培养高产表面活性剂的菌株,并探究合适的培养条件。从长庆油田ZJ2区某联合站取回生化池四级处理水样、单井注入水及采出水等共9处水样,依据性状的不同,一共分离出23种菌株;利用生物表面活性剂溶血特性,使用血平板培养基挑选出7种产表面活性剂的菌株1];通过对培养条件的优选,优化培养条件,并结合实验对菌株进行筛选,优选出2种高活性的菌株;从NaCl质量浓度、含油量、pH值及温度等方面对优选菌株进行适应性评价,并进行驱油模拟实验。试验表明,菌株具有较好的抗温耐盐耐碱性,生物表面活性剂有较高的界面活性,能够有效地降低界面张力,提高原油采收率。

Screening of High-yield Surfactant-producing Strains and Optimization of Culture Conditions

Abstract:In order to cultivate high-yield surfactant-producing strains and explore appropriate culture conditions. Nine water samples were collected from a combined station in ZJ2 area of Changqing oilfield, including four-stage treated water samples of biochemical pool, injected water from single well and produced water, and 23 strains were separated according to different characteristics. Seven strains producing surfactants were selected by using hemolysis characteristics of biosurfactants and blood plate culture medium1]. Two strains with high activity were screened and their adaptability was evaluated in terms of NaCl concentration, oil content, pH value and temperature, and oil displacement simulation experiments were carried out. The results show that the strain has good temperature, salt and alkali resistance, and the biosurfactant has high interfacial activity, which can effectively reduce interfacial tension and improve oil recovery.
