摘    要:随着水平井水平段长度的增加,水垂比变大,管柱下入困难。油田现场钻磨作业采用两种线重油管的组合管柱方式提高下入能力,但是针对组合管柱载荷计算问题尚无基础研究。根据水平井的井眼轨迹、管柱自重以及管柱在各井段受力特点等因素,考虑流体对管柱相互作用力,建立了钻磨组合管柱载荷计算模型;通过C#语言环境采用迭代法、插值法及分段判别计算法编程求解模型,开发了组合管柱载荷计算软件,通过导入井眼轨迹参数、输入作业参数、设计管柱结构,实现载荷计算。应用编制的软件可实现对井眼轨迹的绘制和水平井钻磨作业组合管柱的多种载荷计算,为水平井钻磨安全作业提供了一定的指导作用。

Abstract:With the increase of horizontal section length of horizontal well, the vertical ratio of water increases and it is difficult to drill pipe string. In the field drilling and grinding of oil field, two kinds of combined string of heavy oil pipe are used to improve the running capacity. In this paper, according to the horizontal well trajectory, the self-weight of the string and the characteristics of the force of the string in each well segment, and considering the interaction between the fluid and the string, the load calculation model of drilling and grinding combined string is established. By using iteration method, interpolation method and piecewise discriminant calculation method to program and solve the model in C# language environment, the software for calculating the combined string load was developed, and the load calculation was realized by importing borehole trajectory parameters, inputting operation parameters and designing the string structure. The software can be used to draw borehole trajectory and calculate various loads of combined string in horizontal drilling and grinding operation, which provides certain guidance for the safe operation of horizontal drilling and grinding.
