我国中小学生人格特质对体育活动参与的影响研究

摘    要:采用"假设—验证"的方法分析了我国中小学生人格特质对体育活动参与的影响,研究表明:宜人性和神经质是影响中小学生体育锻炼的最重要的两大人格特征,其中宜人性与体育参与正相关,而神经质则与体育锻炼频率负相关,外倾性对孩子的体育锻炼也有一定的影响.朋友间的拉力因素是影响孩子参与体育锻炼的重要原因,而个人自身的原因则是次要的.研究旨在提高中小学生体育参与水平,为改善中小学生体质健康提供实践借鉴.

Abstract:In the assumption-authentication method, effects of big-five factors have been analyzed in this paper on middle school students'' physical activities participation. The results suggest that agreeableness significantly and positively affect students'' behavior, while neuroticism has negative effects on students'' physical activities participation. At the same time, extraversion also has a bit effect. Our findings suggest that pulling force from friends are more important than own factors in determinants of students'' physical activities participation.
