卫通的数字移相电路设计与建模

摘    要:相控阵天线利用移相器改变波束指向使其对准卫星,同时完成信息交换。每个天线阵列都要使用移相器来完成波束扫描,因此移相器的参数指标,对整个相控阵系统至关重要。设计了一款适用于大S相控阵天线的六位数字移相电路,此电路由六个相移单元级联得到,小相位与大相位分别采用加载线单元与开关线单元实现。通过ADS对移相单元建模与优化,最后得出:在1.995GHz-2.185GHz频段里,中心频点处相移差低于0.6°,插损低于1.35dB,驻波比优于1.45,仿真数据显示,此研究达到大S天线进行波束扫描的移相器的要求。

Abstract:Phased array antenna uses phase shifter to change beam pointing to align satellite and complete information exchange. Every antenna array needs phase shifter to complete beam scanning, so the parameters of phase shifter are very important to the whole phased array system. A six-bit digital phase-shifting circuit for large S phased array antenna is designed. The circuit is cascaded by six phase-shifting units. The small phase and the large phase are realized by loading line unit and switching line unit respectively. Through the modeling and optimization of phase shifting unit by ADS, it is concluded that in the 1.995 GHz-2.185 GHz band, the phase shift difference at the center frequency is less than 0.6 degrees, the insertion loss is less than 1.35 dB, and the standing wave ratio is better than 1.45. The simulation results show that the research meets the requirements of phase shifter for beam scanning of large S antenna.
