摘    要:以3种不同来源的金线兰组培苗(种子苗、根状茎苗、地上茎苗)为实验材料,设置5个土壤干旱梯度(9、13、17、21、25d),以0d为对照,研究金线兰组培苗渗透调节物质在土壤干旱胁迫下的变化规律,结果表明:可溶性糖随着时间的延长一直升高,3种苗变化规律比较一致;可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸都是先升高后降低,但是变化幅度差异较大,脯氨酸达到高峰的时间也不同.

Abstract:Taking plantlets of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.) Lindl.of three kinds of different sources(seedling,rhizome,overground stem)as experimental materials,soil drought stress of five gradients(9,13,17,21,25 days) and 0-day comparison were set up to study the change law of osmotic adjustment substance for plantlets of Anoectochilus roxburghii under soil drought stress.The results showed that soluble sugar increased all the way as time prolongs,and change law of three kinds of plantlets were in unanimity relati...
