| Abstract: | In order to realize the great target of building an all - round well - off society, we must strengthen the development of agricultural science and technology, lay stress on the problem of water resources, adjust actively the structure of cropping and breeding, speeding up the development of manufacturing industry of fanning products, increase completely the quality of labors, and guarantee the increase in agricultural production and the increase of peasants' revenue. |
