| 摘 要： | 进行了不同pH值和蛋白胨含量对灰树花菌丝体生长影响的研究.结果表明,灰树花菌丝体生长的最适pH值为5.0～5.5,最适蛋白胨用量为4～6g/L.

| Abstract: | Effect of different pH and protein peptone on the mycelial growth rate of Grifola frondosa (Fr.) S.F.Gray was studied. The results showed that the suitable pH for the mycelium growth of Grifola frondosa (Fr.) S.F.Gray was 5.0~5.5;and the suitable protein peptone was 4~6 g/L. |
