摘    要:利用多元回归分析方法,建立了多波长光谱数据测定牛奶中细菌数目的数学模型,获得光谱数据与牛奶中细菌数量间关系,从而达到快速检测牛奶质量的目的.

Abstract:Using multiple regression analysis, built a mathematical model of measuring the number of bacteria in milk by muhi-wave length spectral data. The relation between the spectral data and the number of bacteria in milk was found out so as to achieve the purpose of rapid detection.
