外压容器失稳装置的创新设计

摘    要:设计了一套失稳装置,以铝制易拉罐为失稳试件,采用真空泵对试件抽真空的方法,让试件产生负压,形成外压容器,观察试件的失稳过程和失稳压力.实验设计和实验过程由学生独立完成,发挥了学生的主动性,培养了学生探究性学习能力和创新能力.

Abstract:A set of instability device was explored based on aluminum Pop-top was used as test sample. The vacuum pump was adopted to pump air into vacuum state, which produce negative pressure and form external pressure vessel. In this facility, the instability process and pressure were observed. The experimental design and the whole experimental process were accomplished by students independently, which plays an important role in stimulating the initiative of students. It could also cultivate the students'ability of inquiry study and innovation.
