| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the importasnt effect of the transformation of the governmental functions on the development of ythe poeple-run economy, points out that the lagging of the transformation of the governmental functions is an important factor restricting the development of Shanxi's people-run economy, and puts forward some concrete measures for improving the soft environment of the government affairs, increasing the administrative efficiency, transforming the governmental functions and innovating the developing environment for the people-run economy. |
