轮辅式光纤光栅压力传感器的研制

摘    要:本文报导了一种工程上可实际应用的新颖的光纤光栅压力传感器.该传感器把轮辐式结构和光纤光栅相结合,将光纤光栅粘贴于其中一片轮辐之上,室温下,在0~30kN的压力变化范围内,光纤光栅中心反射波长的变化与压力成良好的线性关系,线性度高达0.9998,灵敏度为0.02843nm/kN.研究结果表明,本传感系统具有结构简单、操作方便、精度高、滞后小、重复性好、结构高度小、重量轻等优点.

Abstract:A novel FBG pressure sensor that can be used for practical applications is presented in this paper.This paper combines the structure of spoke with FBG,which is glued on one of the spokes.In room temperature,the center reflection wavelength of the FBG changes linearly with the pressure from 0 to 30 KN(linear degree 0.999 8 and sensitivity 0.028 43 nm/KN).The research demonstrates that the new sensor system has the advantages of simple and compact structure,easy manipulation,high precision,little lag,fine repetition,light weight,etc.
